1. Bookings & Payments
   All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and bank transfer.

2. Cancellations
   Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

3. Service Scope
   Our services include general and/or deep cleaning as agreed. Any additional tasks must be discussed and may incur extra charges.

4. Liability
   We take care with your property, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Please secure valuables prior to service.

5. Access
   It is your responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the property on the scheduled day.

6. Changes to Terms
   We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
