Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not happy with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment.
We will offer one of the following options, depending on the situation:

Re-clean: We will return to re-clean the affected area at no extra charge.

Partial Refund: If a re-clean is not possible or satisfactory, we may issue a partial refund.

No Refunds for Cancellations with Less than 24 Hours’ Notice.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. To request a refund or re-clean, please email us with details and photos (if applicable).
